With decades of experience in construction and fieldwork, Ronnie serves as the Managing Partner of the business. Known for his keen eye for detail and beauty, he has successfully managed teams and projects and delivered high-quality, meticulously crafted drawings that exceed client expectations. His blend of technical expertise and artistic vision ensures every project is both functional and visually stunning.

When he’s not at work, Ronnie enjoys playing tennis, channeling his energy and precision into the game.

Imelda Sison-Francisco

Imelda brings decades of expertise in the construction industry. With a strong background in construction management, she has successfully led teams to deliver precise, high-quality drafting solutions that meet the needs of clients across the stone and tile industry. Her leadership and deep industry knowledge ensure that our projects are executed with excellence and efficiency, making RLI a trusted partner for innovative and reliable drafting services.
Outside of work, Imelda enjoys running both on roads and trails, embracing the outdoors in her free time.

Honesto Pucan

Honesto combines an architectural education with hands-on experience as a former stage/set builder. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, he leads the drafting team in creating precise and innovative design solutions for stone and tile projects. His diverse background in architecture and construction ensures that each project is completed with both technical accuracy and creative vision, solidifying RLI as a leader in the industry.

Dane Quismundo

With an educational background in engineering, Dane is recognized for her attention to detail and strong analytical skills when reviewing drawings. An expert in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, she guides the team in producing precise and high-quality design solutions for stone and tile projects, ensuring that every detail is completed to the highest standards.

Eli Causing

After transitioning from a drafting role to a leadership position, he now brings both hands-on expertise and strategic oversight to the team. As an expert in AutoCAD.
